African Express Braiding provides professional hair braiding and related beauty services in Manassas, Virginia. All services are subject to availability.
2. Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through other approved booking methods.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may require a shortened service or rescheduling based on availability.
3. Deposits & Payments
Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits may be non-refundable if you cancel outside the permitted cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.
Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future bookings.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal beauty services, completed services are generally non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable solution, such as a correction.
